Jennifer co-founded The Conscious Market from January 2016 to January 2020, focusing on sustainable products and education in the Los Angeles area. From December 2017 to December 2019, Jennifer worked as a Corporate Social Responsibility and Strategy Consultant at Clean Agency, providing sustainability consulting services. Earlier in Jennifer's career, a position as a Brand Strategist at Linden highlighted expertise in sustainable fashion. Jennifer holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and degrees in Theater, Film and Television from UCLA and Fashion Design from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
