Todd Lichon

Todd Lichon has worked in the IT industry since 1996. Todd started their career at American Color as a Technical Services/Solutions, where they were involved in all Technical, Network and Workflow aspects of large pre-press shop & Facility Management sites. In 2001, they joined Monterey Bay Clothing Company, Inc. as an IT Support/System Admin, responsible for setting up and supporting the entire network and telecommunications environment at both corporate offices and warehouse locations. In 2007, Todd took on the role of Field Client Support Specialist at EMC, providing IT Support to the EMC Corporate Business Community. Todd then moved to HSS in 2008 as a Desktop Support Technician, providing technical support for in-house and remote clients. In 2014, Todd joined Rocky Mountain Data as an IT Field Technician. In 2015, they began working at machineLOGIC - Managed IT Service Provider, where they have held the roles of Account Manager, Systems Engineer, and IT Consultant.

Todd Lichon attended Washtenaw Community College from 1990 to 1992, studying General Studies.
