Kelli Buchan

Kelli Buchan has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Kelli is currently the Head of Talent at Machines With Vision, where they are involved in the development of autonomous vehicles and the digitalization of railways. Prior to this, they held positions as the Head of Talent at Vault Laboratories, Inc., StarStock Inc., Recast, and Deliveroo, where they played key roles in attracting and hiring top talent for these companies. Kelli also worked as Talent Acquisition at Current Health, Care Sourcer, Cognitive Geology, and PureLiFi Ltd, showcasing a diverse range of industries they have worked in. Additionally, they served as the Head of Recruitment at Administrate, contributing to the development of software for training companies.
