Joseph Alberta

Joseph Alberta currently serves as Chief Growth Officer at Machinify, a healthcare intelligence company, since January 2025. Prior to this role, Joseph held the Chief Growth Officer position at Apixio, which merged with Machinify in 2025. From November 2021 to January 2024, Joseph was the Chief Revenue Officer at Verisys Corporation, and between January 2020 and November 2021, served as SVP of Payer Sales and Payment Integrity at Optum. Joseph’s earlier experience includes the role of Senior Vice President of Revenue and Growth for Strategic Accounts at Equian, which was acquired by Optum in 2019. Joseph earned a B.S. in Biology from the College of the Holy Cross, where studies took place from January 1994 to January 1998, following a high school diploma from Stoneham High School, obtained in January 1994.
