Allison Brown

Allison Brown has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the field of Human Resources. Allison started their career in 1999 as an HR professional at Porter Novelli and later worked as a National Benefits Supervisor at Initiative Media from 2002 to 2004. In 2004, they joined JH Cohn as a Sr. HR Generalist before transitioning to Mack-Cali Realty Corporation in 2006. At Mack-Cali, they held the positions of Human Resources Manager and Senior Director Human Resources. Allison also worked as a Senior Director, Human Resources at Veris Residential from 2006 to 2022. Currently, they are serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Greek Development. Allison is a dedicated, detail-oriented professional with expertise in various HR disciplines, including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Employee Relations, Benefits, Recruiting, Performance Management, Project Management, and Training. Allison has a successful track record in improving management and staff relations and reducing recruiting and training costs.

Allison Brown obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Rutgers University - Newark in 2000.
