Kimberly Yuhas

Kimberly Yuhas has a diverse work experience in the legal and compliance field. Kimberly is currently working as the Chief Compliance Officer at Mack Real Estate Group since March 2022. Prior to this, from October 2019 to March 2022, they served as the Vice President - Compliance Officer & Assistant General Counsel at Neuberger Berman.

Before that, Kimberly worked as a Senior Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from January 2016 to October 2019. Kimberly began their career as a Litigation Associate at Krantz & Berman LLP from March 2013 to October 2015 and then continued as a Litigation Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from November 2009 to March 2013.

Kimberly Yuhas obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Penn State University in the period between 1997 and 2001. Kimberly then pursued further education at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where they completed their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from 2006 to 2009.
