Tanya Garzon

Tanya Garzon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Human Resources at MacKay Shields LLC since August 2009, Tanya has held significant positions including Vice President of Human Resources at Citi Private Equity Services, Inc. from September 2005 to August 2009 and Manager of Human Resources at both Movado Group, Inc. and Knight Securities from 2002 to 2005 and 1998 to 2002, respectively. Tanya holds an MBA in Management from Saint Peter's University and has a foundational education from St. Aloysius Academy, completed in 1991.
