Jannik Olejas

Jannik Olejas has extensive work experience in the sugar industry. Jannik began their career at Danisco Sugar GmbH in 1997, where they served as a Sales Director until 2000. Jannik then joined Nordic Sugar A/S, where they held multiple positions, including Area Sales Director and Vice President for Industrial Sales & Export. From 2012 to 2014, they served as Senior Vice President for Beet Procurement, and from 2014 to 2020, they were the Head of Agri Sourcing for the Nordzucker Group. In 2019, Jannik Olejas joined Mackay Sugar as the General Manager, and in April 2020, they became the Chief Executive Officer.

Jannik Olejas completed a Diploma Degree in Marketing/Sales from Copenhagen Business School from 1992 to 1996. Jannik also attended Skanderborg Handelsskole, IMD, and Skanderborg Amtsgymnasium, but the duration and degree attained are unspecified. In 2022, Jannik Olejas attended the Australian Institute of Company Directors and obtained a GAICD in Board Governance.
