Brielle Riza has a diverse work experience in several organizations. Brielle started their career in 2017 as a Residential Care Worker at MacKillop Family Services, where they worked until their role as a Personal Assistant in 2018. In 2019, they worked as an Auslan Teacher at Australian Catholic University and as an Education Support at Aurora School. Brielle also had brief roles as a Residential Care Worker at Essential Personnel Services and as an Educator at TheirCare Pty Ltd. In 2020, they became a Disability Support Worker at Mable. In 2021, they worked as a Youth Worker at Youth In Bloom and as a Placement Student at Knox City Council. Throughout their work experience, Brielle has developed skills in various fields, including care work, education support, and disability support.

Brielle Riza began their education journey in 2011 at the Victorian College for the Deaf, where they completed their Victorian Certificate of Education from 2011 to 2016. Following this, in 2017, they enrolled in Holmesglen and obtained a Certificate III in Education Support. Later in the same year, they pursued further studies at Melbourne Polytechnic and completed a Certificate IV in Child, Youth, and Family Intervention in 2018. Currently, Brielle is enrolled at the Australian Catholic University and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Youth Services/Administration, expecting to complete their studies in 2024.
