Carole Waters has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Carole began their career in 2013 as an HR Assistant at Geyer, a strategic interior design practice. Carole then worked their way up to become the People & Culture Manager, responsible for managing HR and payroll across multiple studios. In 2015, Carole pursued further education and studied a Bachelor of Business as a full-time student at Griffith University. After completing their studies in 2016, they joined Ballarat Health Services as a Senior HR Consultant on a fixed-term contract. Carole then moved on to Djerriwarrh Health Services as a Workforce Partner, where they served the rapidly expanding population areas. In 2019, they joined MacKillop Family Services as an HR Partner before transitioning to their current role as the HR Manager - Engagement. Prior to that, Carole had a brief stint at Barwon Health as a Workplace Relations Partner. Overall, they have demonstrated a strong background in human resources and a commitment to supporting organizations in their people management endeavors.
Carole Waters completed their Bachelor of Business with Distinction from Griffith University from 2012 to 2018. Carole majored in Human Resource Management and Management during their time there. Additionally, Carole took courses in the Foundations of HR at the Australian HR Institute. Carole also holds a Diploma in Public Relations from Damelin.
