Ashley Akerberg

Ashley Akerberg, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the US Engagement Team & HR Manager at Mackin Talent, where responsibilities include managing a team of Engagement Specialists, developing performance reports, and implementing HR strategies. A background as an Engagement Specialist involved comprehensive employee support at client tech companies. Additionally, Akerberg acts as an Oji Coach for Oji Life Lab, guiding organizational leaders through an app-based learning platform focused on emotional intelligence. Previous experience includes teaching and coordinating educational equity programs at De La Salle North Catholic High School, facilitating equity training at the Oregon Center for Educational Equity, and various educational roles at The Island School and other organizations. Akerberg holds a Master's degree in Teaching from Southern Oregon University and a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Oregon.
