Dr Gareth Hughes PFHEA is an experienced professional in the field of mental health and student wellbeing, currently serving as a Book Author at Macmillan Learning and Clinical Lead for Student Space at Student Minds. The role at Student Minds also includes leading the development of the University Mental Health Charter. Additionally, Gareth serves as a Tutor for Human Givens, delivering training on learning and anxiety. Previously, Gareth worked as a Psychotherapist at the University of Derby and held the position of Research Lead for Student Wellbeing, focusing on the development of interventions for student challenges.
