Troy Fornof

With nearly 30 years of experience in the insurance industry to his credit, Troy Fornof serves as the Executive Vice President of Production and Underwriting at Team Focus Insurance Group. He is a member of the executive leadership team and is responsible for leading and overseeing primary business lines for affiliated companies including MacNeill Group, an innovative and diversified wholesale insurance provider and managing general agent, 1st Street Agency, a subsidiary retail insurance agency, and Focus Finance, the company’s premium financing arm.

Troy joined Team Focus in 2019 from Western World Insurance Company where he led the marketing and underwriting operations for the specialty commercial carrier’s contract division. Prior to that, Troy served as Senior Vice President and National Distribution Director-Binding Authority at Sompo International, formerly Endurance Insurance. He was also Director of Branch Development and Operations at USG Insurance Services and Vice President at CRC Insurance Services.

Troy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. He has served on the board of the New Jersey Surplus Lines Association and is a member of the legislative committee of the Wholesale & Specialty Insurance Association (WSIA).
