Ichiro Hotta

Ichiro Hotta has a strong background in human resources. Ichiro currently holds the position of VP of Human Resources at Macnica, a role they have held since August 2023. Prior to this, they served as the VP of HR at PHC Holdings Corporation from April 2022 to July 2023. Ichiro also held the position of VP of HR at H.U. Groups Holdings Inc. from April 2021 to September 2022. Ichiro has extensive experience working with Renesas Electronics, where they held various leadership roles in HR and general affairs, including VP of Human Resources and General Affairs from August 2019 to March 2021. Ichiro also served as the VP of Human Resources and General Affairs at Renesas Electronics America Inc. from July 2018 to March 2020. Before that, they held the position of Director of Global Human Resources at Renesas Electronics from May 2016 to December 2017. Ichiro began their career at Renesas Technology Corp. as an Assistant Manager in April 2003 and worked there until March 2010. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Specialist at Hitachi from April 1998 to March 2003.

Ichiro Hotta earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2004 to 2006.
