Olivia Holmes

Olivia Holmes has a diverse work experience spanning over the past 15 years. Olivia is currently working at Macpherson Kelley as the Chief People Officer since July 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the National Human Resources Manager at the same company from December 2020 to July 2023. Before joining Macpherson Kelley, Olivia held the position of HR Manager - Victoria from February 2018 to December 2020 and also worked as an HR Business Partner from October 2014 to February 2018. In 2014, Olivia briefly worked as an HR Consultant (Contract) at Teach For Australia and as an HR Business Partner - Regions at Teach First from May 2013 to March 2014. Earlier in their career, Olivia worked as an HR Advisor at Dementia Australia from November 2011 to May 2013 and held two roles at Slade Group - Senior HR Consultant from October 2009 to July 2011 and HR and Psych Project Coordinator from February 2008 to October 2009.

Olivia Holmes completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Monash University in 2008-2009. Olivia also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media and Communication from the same institution.
