Marjie Howie

Marjie Howie currently serves as the Americas Head of Talent Acquisition at Macquarie Group, overseeing the management and strategic direction of experienced and campus recruiting, employer branding, and diversity recruiting since April 2022. Prior to this role, Marjie Howie was the Global Talent Acquisition Lead at Goldman Sachs from July 2010 to April 2022, where responsibilities included leading talent acquisition for 14 divisions globally and managing experienced hire recruiting. Marjie Howie's earlier experience includes recruiting positions at The Prudential Insurance Company of America, Goldman Sachs, and Update Incorporated, starting from May 2006. Marjie Howie is an alumnus of Ohio University.
