Carla Catelan

Carla Catelan is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment, diversity and inclusion, and employer branding. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for the Americas at Thoughtworks since February 2021, Carla also holds the position of LATAM Head of Recruitment and Co-Head of the Talent Office. Prior to this, Carla worked at Cognizant as the LATAM Talent Acquisition, Campus Recruiting, and D&I Director from April 2018 to February 2021, where responsibilities included launching a Diversity and Inclusion Program and enhancing candidate experience. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Senior Manager at DXC Technology, focusing on recruitment and university programs, and various HR roles at HP, encompassing organizational development and change management. Carla holds a degree from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo earned between 2000 and 2003.
