Kate Culbert

Kate Culbert has over 15 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as a People and Culture Business Partner at Macquarie Technology Group since May 2017. Prior to this role, Kate worked as an HR Business Partner at Fuji Xerox Australia, providing strategic consulting to enhance business performance. Kate has also held multiple HR leadership positions at CH2M, including HR Manager for Australia and New Zealand, where responsibilities included guiding HR priorities and delivering people management solutions. Additional experience includes serving as HR lead for the Transcend joint venture on the Crossrail project and various HR roles at Alexander Mann Solutions and Woolworths Limited. Kate holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Western Sydney.
