Mary Ethel Ferraren

Mary Ethel Ferraren has extensive experience in service delivery and customer relations, currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager for Macquarie Cloud Services within Macquarie Telecom Group since June 2012. Former roles at Macquarie include Revenue Assurance Senior Analyst and Project Manager. Prior to this, Mary Ethel worked at Aarons Hotel - The Ultimo as a Guest Relations Assistant, and served in various capacities at Lexmark, EarthLink Internet, and Informatics Computer Institute, gaining expertise in account management, technical support, and quality assurance. Mary Ethel holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of San Carlos, earned between 1998 and 2002.
