Shobhna Bhatia

Shobhna Bhatia's work experience begins in 2013 when they worked at Dell International Services as a Client Technical Senior Executive. Shobhna was promoted to Senior Client Technical Executive during their time there and gained valuable skills in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. In 2016, they worked as a Software Developer (Coop) at Cision, where they enhanced their coding skills and knowledge of various tools and frameworks. Shobhna joined Ribbon Communications in 2017 as a Verification Engineering Technical Analyst, where they studied and analyzed requirements for server-based platforms and developed test plans for embedded software systems. Shobhna also collaborated with other Verification specialists and designers to develop test cases and validate functionality.

Shobhna Bhatia completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Punjab Technical University, from the years 2009 to 2013. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Ottawa, from 2015 to 2017.
