Natalie Bruno

Natalie Bruno is the Chief People Officer at Macro Connect, Inc., a managed IT service company that helps Metro Detroit businesses and schools achieve breakthrough performance through technology. Prior to this role, Natalie was the Owner and Real Estate Investor at Brick & Cedar Homes, where she renovated homes in and around Washtenaw County into vacation rental properties. She also served as the Customer & Business Development Lead at Jottful, a tech company that designs and manages hassle-free websites for small businesses. Natalie's experience includes being the Director of People Operations at Vectorform, an invention company, and the Director of Talent & Organizational Culture at Mango Languages, where she revitalized the company's culture and led various HR initiatives. Natalie also has a background in musicology and music performance from Northwestern University and Arizona State University.
