With vast expertise in monitoring and evaluation, project management, quality improvement and program implementation, Lydia is enthusiastic and passionate about health system strengthening. She has served as a government liaison for the inclusion and improvement of health policy and in another capacity, led and supported the work in the development and roll out of national Community Health worker policy, training and evaluation of the program. She has also been involved in programs for health system leadership development for both pre and in-service health professionals.
Lydia holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Skidmore College and a Masters in International Health and Tropical Medicine from the University of Oxford.
