Beth Davis has over 30 years of professional experience in the IT and management consulting industry. Beth started their career in 1990 as a Sr. Manager-Sales at Concord EFS. In 1999, they became the Director of Product Development at dotLogix. In 2003, they were the Director of Business Development at The Huntington Group. In 2009, they were the Sr. Director of Client Relations at Career Talent. In 2010, they became a Business Development Consultant-Staffing & Recruiting Vertical working as a self-employed consultant. In 2011, they became the Director, Program & Resource Engagement and Director, Recruiting & Partner Engagement at Macro Solutions, a woman-owned information technology and management consulting firm. At Macro Solutions, they assessed the CMMI Maturity Level 3 for both Development and Services, ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management Systems, ISO 20000:2011 for Information Technology Service Management and ISO 27001:2013 for Information Security Management Systems certifications.

Beth Davis attended The University of Memphis, where they earned a BBA in Business Administration and Management.
