Ronaldo Dela Cruz is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in high-volume catering and fine dining. Currently serving as Sous Chef at MacroAsia Catering Services, Inc., since September 2016, Ronaldo is responsible for catering meals for 2000 people for the PNG LNG Project in Papua New Guinea. Previous roles include Personal Chef for a private family, Chef Consultant at Balenese Restaurant and Events Place, and Head Chef positions at The Alliance Group in PNG and Aramark Gulf Ltd., where Ronaldo managed kitchen operations for the Australian Defence Force in Dubai. Early career experiences include serving as Personal Chef to the Norwegian Ambassador in Saudi Arabia and various leadership roles in restaurants and catering services. Ronaldo holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Economics, from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.
