Position Summary

Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing, the Campaign Marketing lead is a mid-level role tasked with leading Macrobond's content and marketing efforts in globally. The role will require the candidate to encompass both campaign and generalist marketing experience. An understanding of the financial sector and familiarity with regional campaign strategies is a must.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

· Create and manage email campaigns to distribute monthly newsletters

· Driving change in campaign management and operating processes, based on data driven insights

· Maintaining the reporting of campaign and marketing success metrics

· Optimising LinkedIn advertising and SEO

· Supporting on strategic initiatives such as the ongoing development of new website

· Leading research into, and recommendations for the development of the MarTech stack

· Supporting the creation and documentation of process development

Required Qualifications

· 5+ years of institutional marketing experience in investment management or broader financial services

· Ability to take ownership of and manage projects, from planning through to delivery, both independently and within a small team

· Hybrid working

· 5+ years marketing campaign experience, ideally working across multiple markets and the required channels (LinkedIn, web, paid search, and digital advertising).

· Ability to work independently and effectively lead/deliver through-the-funnel campaigns.

· Attention to detail and project management skills

· Working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, driving key initiatives, and managing workflow on simultaneous projects

· Excellent understanding of marketing strategies, concepts, and practices

· Ability to be both solution centric and very hands-on

· A self-motivated organised individual with great attention to detail and who takes accountability and ownership

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
