Position Summary

Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing, the North American Marketing lead is a mid-level role tasked with leading Macrobond's content and marketing efforts in the Americas. The role will require the candidate to encompass both campaign and generalist marketing experience. An understanding of the financial sector will be highly valued.

Responsibilities

· Produce written content to be distributed via a range of different channels (e.g. articles/blogs, social media posts, thought-leadership, presentations, email copy etc.)

· Create and manage direct mail campaigns

· Proactively update the company website

· Lead on the planning and coordination of events

Required Qualifications

· At least 3-5 years of institutional marketing experience in investment management or broader financial services.

· Ability to take ownership of and manage projects, from planning through to delivery, both independently and within a small team.

· Availability to work from the office 3 days per week.

· 3+ years marketing campaign experience, ideally working across multiple markets and the required channels (LinkedIn, web, paid search, and digital advertising).

· Ability to work independently and effectively lead/deliver through-the-funnel campaigns.

· Attention to detail and project management skills.

· Working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, driving key initiatives and managing workflows on simultaneous projects

· Excellent understanding of marketing strategies, concepts, and practices

· Ability to be both solution centric and very hands-on
