Andreas Quist

Andreas Quist has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Andreas currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Macrobond Financial, a SaaS firm with global operations. Prior to that, they were the VP of HR at Vestas, a leading company in the sustainable energy industry. Andreas also held executive HR roles at Getinge and Arjo, where they oversaw HR functions for global organizations. Earlier in their career, they worked at Nokia, where they served as the HR Director for Europe and Senior Global HR-Manager, responsible for global people processes. Andreas also held HR positions at Intentia Consulting AB and Willis Towers Watson, where they specialized in compensation and benefits.

Andreas Quist attended Lund University from 1995 to 1999, where they pursued an MBA Master of Social Sciences degree with a major in Business Administration.
