Gillse Irausquin

Gillse Irausquin is a Senior Program Manager at MacroFab since February 2021, responsible for overseeing project management across various projects and customers, coordinating cross-functional teams from procurement to manufacturing. Prior to this role, Gillse served as a Program Manager and Commercial Business Development Manager at Grupo CEMZA, managing up to 100 employees and generating revenues of up to $80 million USD for an extensive portfolio of offshore products and services. Earlier experience includes working as a Wireline Field Engineer and Engineering Intern at Schlumberger, where responsibilities included planning and executing wireline logs and ensuring client deliverables met standards. Gillse holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar and has completed a Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online. Additionally, Gillse is currently pursuing a PMP certification through the Project Management Institute.
