Akash Jajoo

Akash Jajoo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. The most recent position held was as a Software Development Consultant at Macrometa starting in June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Veritas Technologies LLC as a Senior Software Engineer from April 2017 to May 2021, where they focused on backup support on AWS cloud, Red Hat virtualization, and Nutanix AHV backup support and enhancements. Akash also developed REST APIs and worked on Netbackup backend enhancements.

Before joining Veritas Technologies LLC, Akash worked at Harman Connected Services as a Senior Software Engineer from October 2015 to April 2017. In this role, they worked on MSC Software's pioneering simulation tools such as ADAMS, specializing in C++ development.

Prior to Harman, Akash was associated with Tata Consultancy Services from July 2010 to October 2015. During their time there, they held various roles including IT Analyst and Software Engineer. Akash also worked as an Assistant Software Engineer, where they developed a real-time operating system (RTOS) for a military organization using C++.

Akash started their professional journey as a Final Year UG student at the National Institute of Technology, Durgapur, in July 2006, completing their undergraduate studies in June 2010.
