Nick Savelieff, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Nick has held various leadership positions throughout their career, consistently driving improvements in safety, quality, and operational effectiveness.
Starting at ConocoPhillips as a Strategic Sourcing Analyst, Savelieff successfully implemented business process redesigns that resulted in significant cost savings for the company.
Nick then moved to GE, where they held roles such as Site Materials and Logistics and Quality Manager, Plant Manager in the Specialty Film and Sheet Division, Black Belt/Total Cost Out Leader, and Sourcing Leader. In these positions, they implemented reporting tools and lean methodologies to improve process efficiencies, executed cost-out and productivity programs, and led cross-functional teams.
Savelieff later joined SABIC, where they served as a Site Implementation Leader, Plant Manager in the Lexan Finishing Operation, and Plant Manager in the Lexan Chemical Operation. During their time at SABIC, they focused on establishing transparent and accountable cultures, enhancing safety and quality excellence, and driving productivity improvements.
In their most recent role, Savelieff worked at Avery Dennison as a Site Manager, Director of Quality, and Global Account Director. Here, they spearheaded customer complaint resolution initiatives, established best practices for issue resolution, and managed critical global accounts with multi-million-dollar sales.
Currently, Savelieff is the Vice President of Operations at Mactac North America, where they are responsible for overseeing operations for the company.

Nick Savelieff, MBA has a Master of Business Administration degree from John Carroll University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California. Nick completed their college preparatory education at the International School of Choueifat. In addition to their formal education, they are also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, which they obtained from GE in 2002.
