Emma Fletcher

Emma Fletcher has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Emma is currently working as the Head of Supply Chain at MacTaggart Scott since May 2023. Prior to this, they were a Senior Consultant in Responsible Procurement at Eunomia Research & Consulting from November 2020 to May 2023. Emma also had a brief period as an Independent Consultant in Responsible Procurement from June 2020 to November 2020.

Before that, Emma served as a Board Member and Trustee at Electronics Watch, actively participating in staff recruitment, personnel policies, and budget management for the organization from January 2015 to March 2020. Emma also presented at several Electronics Watch conferences during this time.

From August 2014 to March 2020, Emma worked at APUC, where they held the position of Head of Development and Sustainability. Emma successfully implemented sustainable procurement practices, including the development of a Supply Chain Code of Conduct, Policy, Strategy, and Supplier ESG assessment tools. Emma also implemented a company-wide approach to Contract and Supplier Management and managed a graduate Supply Chain Management program. Before this, they worked as the Special Projects Manager at APUC from August 2012 to August 2014.

Emma's previous work experience includes roles such as Senior Buyer at Aquamarine Power from November 2010 to August 2012, Senior Procurement Manager at APUC from January 2009 to November 2010, Purchasing Manager at The Scottish Parliament from January 2007 to January 2009, Senior Project Buyer at SELEX S&AS from September 2006 to January 2007, and Graduate Buyer at BAE Systems from September 2004 to August 2006.

Emma Fletcher's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons degree in Equine Science from Writtle Agricultural College. Emma also holds the MCIPS (Chartered) qualification from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply.

In addition to their formal education, Emma has obtained several certifications. Emma completed a course in Strategy and Sustainability at the IESE Business School in June 2020. In June 2014, Emma obtained the SA8000 Advanced Auditor certification from Social Accountability International. Additionally, they completed a course in Equine Nutrition through Coursera in March 2013.
