Emma Fletcher has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Emma is currently working as the Head of Supply Chain at MacTaggart Scott since May 2023. Prior to this, they were a Senior Consultant in Responsible Procurement at Eunomia Research & Consulting from November 2020 to May 2023. Emma also had a brief period as an Independent Consultant in Responsible Procurement from June 2020 to November 2020.

Emma Fletcher's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons degree in Equine Science from Writtle Agricultural College. Emma also holds the MCIPS (Chartered) qualification from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply.

In addition to their formal education, Emma has obtained several certifications. Emma completed a course in Strategy and Sustainability at the IESE Business School in June 2020. In June 2014, Emma obtained the SA8000 Advanced Auditor certification from Social Accountability International. Additionally, they completed a course in Equine Nutrition through Coursera in March 2013.
