Andrew Blaikie

Andrew Blaikie is a Lead Data Scientist at Macy's with previous experience as a Data Science Fellow at Insight Data Science. Before their roles in data science, Blaikie was a Doctoral Research Fellow and Research Assistant at the University of Oregon, where Andrew specialized in reading out nano-mechanical motion and quantum optics experiments. With a Ph.D. in Physics, Blaikie also served as a Semiconductor Processing Teaching Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University of Oregon, facilitating lab sections and providing guidance on physics concepts. Andrew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physics and Mathematics from The College of Wooster.
