Rafael Baltodano

Rafael Baltodano has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to 2024. Rafael currently holds the position of SVP, GM of Specialty Retail & Accessories at Mad Engine Global, LLC. Prior to that, they worked at Hasbro as the Director of Retail Brand Development from 2023 to 2024. Before joining Hasbro, they were the Vice President of Retail Development at ZAG Entertainment from 2022 to 2023. Rafael also has extensive experience at The Walt Disney Company, where they held various roles such as Director of Retail Brand Development, Senior Manager of Sales, Manager of Retail Brand Development | Sales, Assistant Manager of Licensing, Multi-Category Toys, Licensing Franchise Associate - Toys (Pixar/Animation), and Category Associate. Rafael started their career at Disney ABC Television Group as a Marketing Associate and also worked at Costco Wholesale as a Marketer / Membership Services Representative.

Rafael Baltodano obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from California State University, Northridge, completing their studies from 2003 to 2007.
