Jan Pacas

Jan Pacas has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jan is currently the Founder & CEO of All G Foods since November 2020. Prior to that, they were the Co-Founder & Chairman of Mad Paws, where they played a key role in establishing Australia's leading pet care marketplace. Jan also served as the Co-Founder & Advisor at Flare and as the Co-Founder & Managing Director. Jan was the Director of Gallay Medical & Scientific ANZ, a leading supplier of medical and scientific equipment in Australia and New Zealand. Additionally, they held the position of Managing Director ANZ/Pacific at Ecolab. Jan also has experience as the Managing Director of Hilti Australia and as the Global SVP - Business Unit Power Tools at Hilti Group. In the latter role, they were responsible for marketing, strategy, and growth of a global business unit across 60 countries. Jan Pacas has a strong track record of leadership and business development throughout their career.

Jan Pacas has a diverse education history. In 1999-2004, they attended Prague University of Economics and Business, earning a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Managerial Economics. Later, in 2012-2013, they pursued a Global Executive MBA from the University of Sydney. In 2015, Jan Pacas briefly studied at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they obtained a certificate in Business Administration and Management, General (SEP). In 2020, they furthered their education at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, completing the requirements for a GAICD certification.
