Owen Duncan

Owen Duncan, P.E. is an experienced Environmental Engineer with a diverse background in agricultural engineering and environmental management. Currently serving at MAD Scientist Associates, LLC since November 2021, Owen specializes in developing construction plan sets for wetland restoration projects in Ohio, as well as grading plans and Soil and Water Pollution Prevention Plans. Prior to this role, Owen worked at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency from August 2016 to November 2021, focusing on environmental engineering and outdoor coordination. Owen's international experience includes roles with the Peace Corps in Jamaica and Nepal, where responsibilities included managing aquaponics systems and designing irrigation solutions for local communities.
