From working at Blue Sky Software to Macromedia and now MadCap Software, Francis has been instrumental in driving product quality and features. With experience at companies like eHelp, Gateway, and Intuit, Francis has a strong foundation in technical support and training. Graduating from Kent State University, Francis continues to lead as the VP of Product Management at MadCap Software.
