Michael Stone

Michael Stone has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Michael started their career at WILL-TV in 2000, where they worked as a Camera Operator, Studio Technician, and Floor Director for three years. In 2004, they joined DRW Trading LLC as a Software Engineer for a year. In 2006, they worked as a Consultant at H3G until 2008. Michael then ventured into freelance work as a Web, Video, and Multimedia Producer and Event Organizer from 2009 to 2012. During this time, they also worked as a Software Developer at In Store Digital Media for a short period. In 2008, they founded AMERiCANiTES Expat Social Organization and held multiple roles such as Founder, Event Organizer, Entertainer, and Social Media Marketer until 2012. Most recently, starting in 2013, Michael has been working as a Software Engineer at MadCap Software, Inc.

Michael Stone attended New Trier High School from 1995 to 1999. Michael then went on to study at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1999 to 2004. At the university, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and also studied German.
