Siobhan McMillan has over 20 years of experience in buying, sourcing, and product development roles. Siobhan is currently the Head of Buying at MADE.COM, a leading homeware retailer. Prior to that, they were the Head of Buying & Sourcing at Habitat from 2019 to 2021.

From 2017 to 2019, Siobhan worked as a Buying Consultant for Tiny Planet Buying & Sourcing, where they worked on projects for Steamer Trading and Pepkor Europe. At Steamer Trading, they revitalized the product vision, optimized seasonal events, and improved processes. At Pepkor Europe, they developed a centralization vision and process for the growing business in Europe.

From 2015 to 2017, Siobhan was the Head of Buying at Dunelm (Soft Furnishings) Ltd, where they led a team of 15 to deliver inspirational product ranges and achieved double-digit growth. Additionally, they worked as a Strategic Sourcing Consultant at David Phillips for a brief period in 2015.

Earlier in their career, Siobhan held various roles at Tesco PLC, including Head of Sourcing and Head of Buying - Home, Cook & Dine. In these roles, they transformed the way Tesco bought products, formed strategic partnerships with suppliers, and created a transparent supply chain. Siobhan also led the centralization of the buying function in Central Europe and launched the F&F Home Brand.

Before joining Tesco, Siobhan worked as a Product Development Manager at Allders and as a Buyer at McCord Catalogue (ARG).

Siobhan McMillan completed their education from 1986 to 1993 at Robert Sutton RC High School, where they obtained 5 A Levels in English Literature, Art, Art History, Religious Education, and General Studies. Following their high school education, they attended the University of Leeds from 1994 to 1997, earning a BA Hons. degree in English Literature. In January 2019, they obtained a certification in Change Management Practitioner from APMG International.
