From November 2013 to June 2015, Razi worked as a Marketing & PR Manager at F.R. Monkhouse Ltd., a leading supplier of school uniforms and sportswear. Here, they oversaw the brand and marketing department, implemented marketing campaigns, and managed the retail store customer experience.

Razi started their career in marketing as a Sales & Marketing Executive at NeoNickel from October 2012 to October 2013. They provided marketing support to the sales department, developed marketing collateral, and worked on various projects to improve brand awareness.

In 2011, Razi gained research experience by working as a Researcher at The University of Salford. They supported research projects for The School of Art & Design, conducting qualitative and quantitative research methods such as focus groups, interviews, and user research.

Razi's early work experience includes a role as a Customer Service Assistant Manager at John Lewis from March 2004 to October 2010. In this role, they dealt with customer product queries and complaints, ensuring exceptional after-sales support within the Technology department.

Razi Riahi-Reay's education history begins in 1999 when he/she attended Azad University (IAU) and pursued a degree in Industrial Design. This program lasted until 2002. In 2007, Razi Riahi-Reay enrolled in The University of Salford and completed a degree in Design Management, which concluded in 2010. More recently, in 2020, he/she attended CareerFoundry for a period of one year and focused on the field of study in UX Design.
