Raadhika Sudhir

Raadhika Sudhir has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Raadhika'smost recent role was as the Group Finance Director for Mademoiselle Desserts in the UK, starting in July 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Finance Director for Halo Foods Limited from July 2016 to July 2018, where they successfully turned the business around from a loss to a profit within 7 months. As the Group Finance Director for Halo Foods Ltd Part of Riasio Group, they had overall finance management responsibilities, including group reporting and budgeting. Before that, they served as the Head of Finance for Honey Monster Foods Limited Part of Raisio Group, where they supported the financial merger and was responsible for financial management. Additionally, they held roles as the Finance Controller for Snacks Unlimited and Finance Manager for Aermid Health Care Ltd. Raadhika began their career as an Audit Assistant at K.Venkatachalam Iyer & co before moving on to positions at ITI Limited and Tata Telephones Ltd.

Raadhika Sudhir earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a specialization in Cost Accounting from the University of Calicut from 1982 to 1984. From 1985 to 1989, they attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they obtained the ACA degree. Lastly, from 2005 to 2008, Raadhika studied at The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, earning the ACCA certification.
