Sam Laryea is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in food safety and quality management across several organizations. Currently serving as Technical Manager at Mademoiselle Desserts since October 2017, Sam oversees food safety and quality in a high-risk food production environment. Previously, as Site Technical/Quality Manager at CSM Bakery Solutions, Sam led certification audits and managed a team focused on hygiene and process development for various bakery products. Prior experience includes a role as Technical Support Manager at Canadean, where responsibilities encompassed food regulations and ingredient processing, as well as earlier positions in product development and medical support in the British Army. Sam holds a Master's degree in Food Technology Quality Assurance from the University of Reading and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Cape Coast.
