Michael Peake

Michael Peake has extensive experience in the heavy equipment and mining sectors, currently serving as Operations Manager at Mader North America since February 2022, after previously holding the position of Operations Supervisor at Mader Mining (Canada) Ltd. Prior to this, Michael Peake worked at Mader Group from September 2019 to March 2022 in various roles, including Coordinator for Shutdowns & Ancillary QLD and Tradesman Diesel Fitter. Michael's career also includes significant experience at Teck Resources Limited from January 2015 to September 2019 as a Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician, where responsibilities encompassed roles such as HD Workshop Mechanic and Backup Supervisor. Earlier positions include Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician roles at North American Construction Group and Anglo American, where Michael was involved in heavy duty maintenance and repair as well as completing an apprenticeship in Diesel Fitting.
