Dana Fossand

Dana Fossand is the current Vice President of Sales at Made Renovation. Dana has over 25 years of sales experience, with a focus on sales training and development.

Fossand began their career in sales at DirectBuy in 1996, where they quickly rose to the position of Director of Inside/Outside Sales. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and developing sales strategies that increased revenue and market share for the company.

In 2014, Fossand left DirectBuy to join Lift Brands as a Franchise Sales Representative. In this role, they were responsible for selling franchise opportunities to prospective business owners. Dana was successful in this role, and their performance led to their being promoted to Director of Sales and Development at The Simplified Group in 2015.

In 2018, Fossand joined Re-Bath as the Director of Sales. In this role, they were responsible for supporting the franchise network of over 100 locations. Dana worked closely with franchise owners, sales managers, and inside and outside sales teams to evaluate, develop, and implement sales systems, processes, and tools. Under their leadership, Re-Bath saw significant growth in sales and revenue.

In 2020, Fossand left Re-Bath to join Made Renovation as the Vice President of Sales. In this role, they are responsible for leading the sales team and developing sales strategies that will help the company grow.

Dana Fossand reports to Roger Dickey, CEO & Co-Founder. They work with Hari Seshadri - VP, Finance & Business Operations, Sagar Shah - Founder & President, and Jeff Raines - SVP, Operations.
