Ed McLoughlin is the managing partner at MadHive. Prior to this, they were with Perseid Media Inc, and before that, Hearts & Science, where they served as the executive director. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of client business, from account P&L and revenue growth to staffing and client relationships. Ed also advised clients on topics such as changing consumer media behaviors, the rise of disruptive technologies, and industry-wide challenges around brand safety.
At Hearts & Science, McLoughlin oversaw AT&T's $1B+ media investment, with 9 direct reports responsible for strategy, investment, ad operations, sports & content marketing, programmatic and biddable teams at the Senior Director level. Ed was also responsible for another 200+ FTEs located in 3 offices and 4 business lines. For P&G, they led a client-facing team of 36 FTEs and 6 direct reports at the Senior Director level responsible for strategy, investment, content, digital and research.
Ed McLoughlin's educational career consisted of completing a BA in International Affairs from Lafayette College.
