Hannah Fields

Hannah Fields, MD MSPH, is an experienced physician currently serving at Madison Healthcare Services and Harmony Foundation, Inc., with a focus on temporary coverage as an attending physician. Additionally, Hannah holds positions as Clinical Faculty at both the University of Colorado School of Medicine and The University of Colorado College of Nursing. Previously, Hannah was a Family Physician and Medical Director at Salud Family Health Centers, emphasizing preventive medicine, community health, and addiction medicine. Hannah completed a Family Medicine Residency Program at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and holds an MD from the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine, alongside a Master's in Public Health from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry and Psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Hannah also founded CoMUnidades Inc. and has a strong commitment to health promotion and family planning.
