Rose Cole

Rose Cole, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Community Engagement at Madison House in Charlottesville, VA, a position held since August 2019. Prior experience includes serving as the Assistant Director of Public Service and as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Virginia from June 2018 to August 2019 and August 2012 to 2017, respectively. Additionally, Rose Cole worked at West Virginia University as the Academic Program Coordinator for Leadership Studies from August 2009 to August 2012, where responsibilities included teaching foundational courses and coordinating student scholarship programs. Cole earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from the University of Virginia between 2012 and 2019.
