Karin Overstreet

Karin Overstreet has had an extensive and varied work experience. Karin has held leadership positions in various industries such as manufacturing, fluid handling, construction, and product management. In their most recent role as Group President at Madison Industries, they led a group of seven businesses serving different market segments. Prior to that, they served as the Global President for multiple platforms at IDEX Corporation, responsible for strategic direction and overall P&L management. Karin has also held leadership roles at Stanley Black & Decker, Tennant Company, GE Capital, Lockheed Martin, HP, and Honeywell, where they gained experience in areas such as product management, supply chain, and strategic operations.

Karin Overstreet completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Additionally, they pursued further education in Board Governance at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
