Kate Specht

Kate Specht has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Kate started their career as a Consumer Sales Representative at Newell Rubbermaid-Calphalon in 2004, and then moved on to become a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Novartis in 2006. In 2007, they joined Hirewell as a Recruiter and remained in that role until 2010. Subsequently, they worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Valor Equity Partners from 2010 to 2016, where they also held the position of Recruitment Analyst from 2010 to 2011. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at LinkedIn as a Customer Success Manager. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Madison Industries, a position they have held since 2017.

Kate Specht obtained their BA in Communications from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Kate also holds a LinkedIn Certified Professional- Recruiter certification, which they obtained from LinkedIn Certification in September 2016.
