Robert L. Carpio

Rob Carpio currently serves as the Senior Vice President of the Waters Division at Waters Corporation, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this, Rob Carpio held various leadership roles at Filtration Group from October 2017 to May 2024, including Group President of Life Sciences and President of multiple divisions such as Porex and Purafil. Experience also includes serving as Group Vice President at Precision Castparts and Vice President of Operations at Alcoa. Rob Carpio's early career involved roles at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager and serving as a Soldier in the US Army. Educational qualifications include an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School, a Master's in Human Relations/Leadership from the University of Oklahoma, and a Bachelor's in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
