Chad Eisenbud

Chad Eisenbud is a Director of Investments, responsible for the origination, underwriting, execution and asset management of real estate investments in the West Coast markets, primarily San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle and Southern California.

Mr. Eisenbud joined Madison Marquette in 2007, and has over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate. He has also served as Investment Manager and Project Manager within the Madison Marquette portfolio during his time with the firm, including overseeing Bay Street in Emeryville.

Prior to joining the company, he was a Vice President at Fowler Flanagan Partners where he was responsible for sourcing and underwriting acquisitions on the West Coast and Hawaii, as well as asset management of owned properties and development responsibilities. Previously, he was an Analyst at Real Estate Group at Banc of America Securities where he focused on M&A, capital raising and venture capital funding.

Mr. Eisenbud has an MBA from Haas Business School at UC Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC Berkeley.
